Flamenco Somatics™ is the embodied methodology I created to explore presence, expression, boundaries, belonging and receiving through movement, awareness and lived experience.
This is not a dance class. It is a way of working with the body as a pathway for awareness, transformation and change.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WORK
I’m Azahara Sanhur a social scientist, writer and creator.
My work has been shaped by social structure research, gender and family studies, embodiment, somatic practice and writing.
For years, these appeared to be separate paths.
They weren’t.
They were different ways of exploring the same inquiry: what shapes us and what becomes possible when we begin to participate consciously in who we are becoming.
